Soul Aligned Coaching
During this one hour session together, we'll delve deep into your life experiences and using my intuition as our guide, we'll uncover anything that is holding you back from living a life that is in alignment with your true essence. I incorporate Human Design, Energy Healing and an Intuitive Reading of your energy during our time together. This process will help you to live the life you desire, full of love, abundance, joy and fulfillment..
Energy Healing
This healing session includes a chakra reading where I will let you know how open your chakras are and what information is being held within the different levels of your energetic field. All of our experiences from this lifetime and others, are held within the body's energetic field and can present physical and emotional symptoms when left unresolved. The healing will be guided by my intuition and can involve restructuring the chakras, as well as moving and balancing energy throughout the body.
Human Design Reading
During our one hour session together, you’ll learn how to move through your life with less resistance, be more in flow and how you were uniquely designed to thrive . Learning about your Human Design will help you to create aligned opportunities, make decisions with ease, understand how you process information and what aspects of your energy are constant or more fluid. Understanding your design will empower you to re-attune to your own inner compass. You’ll learn how to manifest, what your purpose is and the pathway to that purpose. We all came here to live a beautiful life that is unique to us. A Human Design Reading will help you to find your flow and live the life you came here to live.
Mediumship Reading
During our session, I will connect to your energy and to anyone in Spirit who has loving messages for you. This can sometimes be loved ones who have passed on from this world to the next, Angels or Spirit Guides. Please come with an open heart and open mind, Spirit typically brings forth whoever and whatever information is most needed for you at this time.
Soul Reading
During our session, you will be able to bring up any questions and soul yearnings you may be looking for answers to. I will tune into your energy and through the use of my own intuition, the help of your spirit guides and your higher self, I will bring forth information to help you navigate your life path in a way that is in alignment with your true essence.
Intuitive Energy Healing Training
If you’re feeling a desire to strengthen your intuition, help restore balance to yourself and others and to step into the world of intuitive healing, then this course is meant for you. Join me for a 6-week energy training intensive where we dive deep into how to harness your intuitive healing gifts and create your own signature sessions. The program is offered through live training classes, guided practicum, a 1:1 session to discuss your practice healings and includes direct support from me, Sara Rose.

I’ve spent my whole life forgetting who the world wants me to be and remembering who I really am. Now it’s my turn to help you remember who you are.
My journey to living a fulfilled life has led me to a place where I’ve let go of what I’ve been told to do and embraced what I know in my heart is my truth.
I want to help you fulfill your Soul’s full expression and love this life.
I’ve been on a Spiritual journey to uncover the things holding me back from my own best life for over 20 years. I’m a wife and mother of two gifted Souls, I currently live on 4 acres of beautiful serene nature in my dream life that I am so grateful to have been able to manifest. I’ve travelled around the world, following the synchronicities that have led me to study, learn and work with healers and mystics from all over. I’ve learned Reiki, Energy Healing, Chakra balancing, Shamanism, herbalism, sound healing, Coaching, Mindfulness, how to read the Akashic Records, Human Design, different Indigenous healing modalities, Mediumship and I am a yoga & meditation teacher. I’ve brought together all my experiences to create my own unique signature offerings that allow me to tailor your session to what my intuition brings for us during our time together.

As an empathic intuitive healer and medium, I'm able to act as a channel between the physical and spiritual world and my practice has allowed me to see and hear messages as well as feel things that are reflected through my own physical being as I experience a deep connection with other's energy and the Spirit World.

Together, we do this by dismantling subconscious patterns and conditioning that are holding you back from the amazing life you came here to live.
